Skincare Products 

We DO NOT offer refunds. Due to the nature of our skincare products we DO NOT allow returns.


Once an order ships we cannot alter or change or refund.  If your items have not shipped they can be cancelled or exchanged for an item of the same value within 2 hours of your purchase.  After that your order is final.


We are not able to customize Bundles or add to existing orders.

Once your item is shipped do not refuse. If an item is refused we will charge a $20.00 restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.


If customers don't have packing slips, we can not take any further action.


Fashion Returns 


Items bought on our site will gladly be accepted for a store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be issued in the  form of a store credit, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned. 


Any international returns received later than 60 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender. 


Please note that all Clearance items, Masks, Accessories, Swimwear, and Intimates are a Final Sale. If such items are returned a $25.00 fee will be charged and the items will be returned to you. 


In the event your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] Please email our Customer Support team within 7 days at info@comeglowithme.com with your order number, and a photo of the defective item and one of our agents will be happy to assist you!


Used a coupon code? No problem! We are now accepting returns using coupon codes unless otherwise stated. Note the item must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odors.


Want to Return your items? Its as easy as 1,2,3! Follow the steps below to ensure you have a successful return. 


  1. Ensure your items are refundable. We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date as long as the item Is unwashed, unworn and free of any stains or odors. Item must not be a final sale item. Other exclusions may apply. 

  1. Navigate to the returns portal using the button at the bottom of the page. 

  1. Follow the instructions provided on the website to complete your return.

  1. Once we receive your return your parcel will process within 7-10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to provide you access to your store credit.

Is my item refundable? Yes however some exclusions may apply. We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Note items must be in brand new condition, free of any stains or odors. Final sale items include swimwear, intimates, masks, jewelry and accessories. 


Do I have to pay for return postage? Unfortunately we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We do suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us.

Coupon codes cannot be applied after an order is placed. Orders placed during holiday sales cannot be cancelled to reapply a coupon code. Shipping during sales and especially holiday sales may be delayed 2-3 business days.
