SHIPPING


All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for tracking. 

Once your order ships you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your tracking number.  Once your item ships we have no control over how long the carrier takes to get it to you. Please contact them and hold them responsible for package delays.


We are not responsible for your country's customs handling or tax charges. They are completely separate and we cannot determine what those charges will be if any.

 

Also, our customers who are shipping with UPS are able to update address, track and schedule delivery with UPS My Choice App https://www.ups.com/us/en/services/tracking/mychoice.page


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


International orders that refuse to cover the custom/duty fees are at risk of being abandoned.

Once an order is considered abandoned it is not retrievable, in the event that this does happen we cannot be held responsible and will not be able to move forward.


ROUTE

"When purchasing Route shipping protection. Customers must reach out to us within a minimum of 10 days after the last tracking update so that we can file a claim. If you do not reach out to us within this timeframe, we are not able to take further action and will not be held responsible for your lost order."

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED ITEMS


Please reach out to us within 10 days of your order reading as delivered if you have not received your order so that we can file claims for you. If you wait longer than these 10 days to reach out to us then we are not able to assist you.


We're here to help! All of our shipments include Delivery Confirmation on every order to guarantee delivery. If the tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please contact us for further assistance. We can not be held accountable for packages when the tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. 


We can't guarantee the performance of the shipping carriers,  but we will do our part to make sure you get your order delivered on time and without any damage. At times, there are unforeseeable acts of nature and other issues that may arise, and the shipping carrier may not be able to perform their duties to get the delivery  on time. In the rare event that this happens, The Glo Collection, cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, damaged packages. We will do everything we can to assist with the delivery of your products. However, we cannot be held accountable for the shipping carriers actions and cannot issue refunds for shipping charges for delayed packages.


Delivery confirmation is provided on all orders within the U.S. Delivery Confirmation includes notification of a sent package and a successfully delivered package. Real-time tracking is with delivery confirmation.


The Glo Collection is not responsible for late or lost packages in the mail. This is a carrier's matter. Once we have shipped the items with a tracking number and it has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we do not provide refunds. 99% of all orders are delivered on time and are not lost.


You have 7 days after the delivery date to reach out to us regarding any order issue, after that we are not able to take further action
